“MillerCoors is an American company incorporated in Delaware with major business locations in Milwaukee, WI and Golden, CO. All of our MillerCoors products are brewed and packaged in our breweries throughout the United States.
Our Beers are essentially a mixture of natural ingredients: Water, Malted Barley, Corn Syrup, Hops, and Yeast. Beer is 90% water. Our brewery water is sourced from wells and municipal water sources in the United States.
Malted Barley is the soul of beer. MillerCoors does contract with barley farmers for much of its barley. This barley is grown by approximately 900 contract farmers in the mountain valleys of Colorado, Wyoming, Montana and Idaho.
Corn syrup gives beer a milder and lighter-bodied flavor. Hops add spicy aroma and bitter flavors. Most hops are grown in the Northwest — Oregon, Washington and Idaho. We use several varieties depending on the beer characteristics desired. Yeast changes sugars into alcohol and carbon dioxide.
There are no sugars, such as table sugars, added to our products with the exception of Sharp’s, our non-alcohol brew. Small amounts of natural sugars are present in our products, but because they are in such small amounts, we do not test for them. More precise information on the ingredients for our products is considered proprietary information.”
MillerCoors is a partnership between the US based Molson Coors Brewing Company and SABMiller a London UK headquartered multinational company.
The MillerCores brands include: All USA made Miller & Coors Beers, Molson Canadian (made in Canada), Crispin Hard Cider Company (apples sourced in Laos and Utah), and Blue Moon Beers.
