“Goes Anywhere, Writes Everywhere”
Fisher Space Pen has almost 100 loyal employees that manufacture and assemble Ink Pens and Ink Pen Refills in a 30,000 square foot Boulder City, NV. facility. The Fisher name has been associated with the Ink Pen industry for decades; Paul Fisher the founder, did not invent the ink pen, he made it better. Paul invented the “Universal Refill”, the new Ink Cartridge helped stationary store owners reduce their stock of many different assorted Ink Refills.
Paul also perfected the Ballpoint Pen; creating a “cartridge which was pressurized with nitrogen so that it didn’t rely on gravity to make it work”. These pens were not dependent on either cold or heat and were used in the Apollo Space Program.
There are more than 80 different Pens listed on their website; with over 150 styles to choose from, almost all of the Pens are US made (see below), and all of the writing instruments, whether made here or off shore, contain Fisher ink cartridges/refills which are 100% manufactured here in the USA.
All of their products can be personally engraved for holiday or special occasions. They do not have a list of local retailers.
Believe it or not, the American Flag Space Pen outer parts are made off shore in either Germany or Japan. The other series pens with outer foreign parts are the BG’s, AFP5, ZG’S, PPRO’S, Q4, TLP, SST, S214, SSTRD’S, and the MD24. The pencils are also not US made.
