15HP engines
Do you have 15HP outboard engines
Charles,
The “engine line-up includes engine models from 3.5- to 300 horsepower”. So I would assume so; you may wish to give them a call.
Steve
I purchased a 2014 evenrude etc 115 hp. Since buying, it has been in the shop 6 or 7 times for different reasons. I have been in touch with customer service 4 times since buying and discussed the problem of continued issues with this motor. This has not been a reliable motor and I would not recommend this year and model.
An example of Evinrude quality
I have a 1996 Johnson 175 hp V6 outboard. This is a great engine. All cylinders are within 1 pound of compression when I tested it. I honestly Believe this engine is bulletproof. I will never buy any other manufacturers outboard except for Evinrude. I live in the Tampa Bay area and a testament to the quality of these outboards is that you could not find used outboards online for sale in my area very often. I recently bought a 1980 9.9 hp to rebuild. I was going to fix it and sell it but I am definitely going to keep it.
I have a 1967/8 Evinrude Fastwin 18 HP. At 0 degree turn I have an interference problem with the tilt lever long release spring with the mounting bracket and the exhaust casting. I file away the casting parting lines from both castings but still have interference. How thick is the exhaust housing casting or what other solution is available to correct the interference.
Thank you for any recommendations.
