Barreto Manufacturing builds Tillers, Log Splitters, Chippers, and a Mini Track Loader here in the USA. They make over 80% of their equipment components in-house, with all of the machining, powder coating, welding, laser cutting, and assembly done in La Grande, OR & Horseshoe Bend, ID. The engines are made in various countries: “According to Honda, their engines are manufactured in the US, Japan & Thailand, and according to Briggs, their engines are manufactured in the US.”

There are two styles of Tillers to choose from; a smaller heavy duty garden and flower bed type with simple controls that are easy to learn and operate, and a heavy duty full size tiller has a tilling width of 20″ and with a forward ground drive that can till up to 85 ft/minute.

The Log Splitter has a 24″ cylinder stroke with a 2″ rod, the log opening is 25″ and the system pressure is 2,700 psi.

The Wood Chipper has a hopper size of 22″ x 20″ and can handle branches up to 1.5″, it also has 60 mulching/shredding hammers.
